1MM POUNDS OF CHIPS
We produce up to one million pounds of potato chips every week and offer 19 different flavors on both regular and ripple chips.
KETTLE – SMALL BATCH FRYING
Currently house eight batch kettle fryers producing up to 250,000 pounds of kettle chips each week across 11 varieties.
EXTRUSION
Two high pressure extrusion lines are running in our new plant (Built in 2009) and produce up to 300,000 pounds of product every week.

NITROGEN FLUSHING
The first US snack food company to use nitrogen gas to maintain the freshness of fried snack foods.
X-RAY TECHNOLOGY
The first US snack food company to use X-Ray technology to replace metal detection on finished snacks. We have 100% inspection for metal, glass, wood or any other dense adulteration.
