Seedless Jewish Rye, untoasted (enhances the textural contrast of the crunchy chips)
Corned Beef (thinly sliced)
Swiss cheese
1 bag (2.375 oz) Mustard Sandwi-chips (between cheese and meat)
Sandwich Dressing (combine ingredients in mixing bowl and keep chilled):
½ cup prepared mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons pickle relish
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon hot sauce
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Spread dressing onto top and bottom bread slices.
Assemble with cheese on bottom (this acts as a moisture barrier to protect the bread).
Add the meat, the chips, then close with the top layer of bread.
