Meat Loaf

Ingredients:

• 1 cup freshly made breadcrumbs
• 1 cup pureed Herr's pretzel thins
• 1 onion, minced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 lb. ground beef
• ⅔ lb. ground veal
• ⅓ lb. ground pork
• 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1½ tsp. dry mustard
• ½ tsp. freshly ground pepper
• ¼ cup milk
• ½ cup Herr's Mild Salsa

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 325°F
2. Butter the loaf pan
3. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl; pat into the loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes
4. Pour ½ cup mild salsa over the top; bake for another 15 minutes
5. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes
6. Slice, and serve
