Salsa Chicken Tortilla

Made with Herr's White Corn Tortilla Chips

  • Ingredients

    • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
    • 1 lb. boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    • 1 jar Herr's Chunky Salsa
    • 8 oz. tomato sauce
    • 16 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
    • 4 oz. chopped green chilies
    • 1½ tsp. chili powder
    • 1 tsp. onion powder
    • 13 oz. Herr's White Corn Tortilla Chips
    • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Directions

    Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add salsa, tomato sauce, corn, chilies, chili powder, and onion powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. To serve, spoon over tortilla chips and top with cheese. Serves 4
